Belle Medical Treatment Providers

Belle Medical partners with industry-leading providers (NPs & MDs) to perform all of Belle’s HD Body Sculpting & Fat Transfer procedures. We pride ourselves in only working with experienced and talented practitioners.

To partner with Belle, each provider must pass a series of approvals, certifications, and trainings that is overseen by the manufacturer of our equipment. This training is necessary before allowing any providers to perform a procedure on a paying Belle Medical patient. Belle Medical requires that all providers have exceeded the mandatory training & practice hours that are legally required by all state and federal training laws.

Dr. Mitchell

Dr. Keith Lutter, MD

After a distinguished 20-year career as a board-certified OB-GYN, Dr. Keith Lutter pivoted to cosmetic procedures, driven by a passion for enhancing patient well-being through aesthetic medicine. Dr. Lutter has undergone extensive training with renowned experts across the United States, including advanced techniques in abdominoplasty, brachioplasty, liposuction, and fat transfer. His commitment to excellence led him to work alongside top surgeons at DFW Med Spa and Cosmetic Surgery in Southlake, Texas, and further refine his skills through specialized training programs from Nampa, Idaho, to Las Vegas.

Dr. Lutter’s approach to cosmetic surgery is deeply rooted in a belief in the transformative power of these procedures to improve lives. At Belle Medical, he combines his vast medical knowledge with a compassionate understanding of his patients’ desires, offering personalized, empathetic care. Dr. Lutter is not just a physician but a trusted partner in the journey toward self-confidence and improved body image.

Dr. Mitchell

Christopher Kelly, MD

Dr. Kelly received Bachelors degrees from both Brigham Young University and the University of Michigan and graduated with honors from the University of Michigan with a Masters degree in Physical Therapy. He earned a medical degree at Wayne State University. After finishing General Surgery training at providence hospital in Southfield, Michigan, Dr.Kelly completed a research fellowship at the Institute for Craniofacial and Reconstructive Surgery with world renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Ian T. Jackson. He completed an ACGME-accredited Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at the Detroit Medical Center, and a fellowship at Michigan Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery in Southfield. He has been a Diplomat of the American Board of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine.

Dr. Kelly has performed thousands of cosmetic surgeries on the face, breast and body, including over 5,000 facelifts, 2,000 liposuction cases and over 10,000 cosmetic procedures. He continues to be involved in local charity procedures ranging from scar revisions on battered women to Moebius Syndrome cosmetic treatments.

Dr. Mitchell

Philip Brown, MD, FACS

Dr. Phillip Brown brings over two decades of surgical expertise to his practice, holding certifications from the American Board of Surgery and the title of Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. His journey began at the University of Georgia, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Zoology before completing his medical degree at the Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Brown further refined his skills through a surgical residency at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC.

Beyond surgery, Dr. Brown in an entrepreneur and has also held leadership roles throughout his career. With a passion for aesthetics, Dr. Brown has curated personalized skincare regimens for contestants in esteemed pageants like Miss USA and Miss America.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Brown is a dedicated Georgia Bulldogs fan and former walk-on football player for the team. He enjoys family travel and outdoor activities like hiking and big game hunting.

Dr. Mitchell

Patrick Blatchford, MD, FACS
Patrick Blatchford, MD, FACS, is board-certified and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Blatchford was born and raised in Arkansas City. He completed his undergraduate education at Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas, with a bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, and molecular biology. He then graduated from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City. He trained and completed his surgical residency at the Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, Virginia, during which he received various awards, including Outstanding Instructor of Medical Students, the Bruce Baird Award for research in trauma and critical care, and the Gold Foundation’s Humanism and Excellence in Teaching. After residency, Dr. Blatchford returned to his hometown to practice surgery at South Central Kansas Medical Center in Arkansas City. During this time, he received multiple awards for Preceptor of the Year from Wichita State University in Kansas. He served as the South Central Kansas Regional Trauma Committee chairman for two years and is the current medical director for Arkansas City Fire and EMS. In 2021, Dr. Blatchford and his beautiful wife, Crystal, founded Chestnut Wellness and Blatchford Aesthetics. He is currently an associate professor at the Kansas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Wichita. Outside the practice, Dr. Blatchford enjoys spending quality time with his wonderful wife and five kids, fishing, camping, boating, and hunting. He is also an avid music lover and enjoys playing drums, piano, and guitar.

Dr. Mitchell

Dr. Robert Mitchell MD
Dr. Robert Mitchell has been practicing medicine for 15 years. He graduated from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and completed his medical degree at the University of Oklahoma in 2002. Dr. Mitchell went on to complete training in General Surgery/Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City in 2007.

Dr. Mitchell is native to Tulsa, OK. He is a proud father to his son, Cameron. He enjoys an active lifestyle, coaching and playing baseball, basketball, and soccer with his son. Dr. Mitchell enjoys vacations to the Florida Coast where he and his son can be found deep sea fishing. In his spare time, you can find him volunteering for Tulsa Habitat for Humanity.

Trent Kentworthy, FNP-C
Trent became a Family Nurse Practitioner after completing a master’s degree at Maryville University in St. Louis in 2018. He also studied nursing at Southern Utah University in Cedar City, Utah. Trent is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. His clinical experience includes general practice, pediatrics, OBGYN, rehabilitation and long-term care, and operating experience with general and plastic surgery. He has always had an eye for art and sees the human body as the perfect canvas. Outside of work, Trent enjoys mountain biking and dirt biking with his son.
Derrick Pickering, APRN
Derrick earned his associate’s degree in nursing from Dixie State University and graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University, Idaho, with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. He worked at Primary Children’s Hospital for nearly five years while completing his training as a Nurse Practitioner at BYU. Derrick’s experiences with childhood illness motivated him to serve others as his nurses served him, and his family’s struggles with infertility inspired his special interest in self-care and women’s health. He excels at HD Body Sculpting and Fat Transfer to the breast and buttocks, believing that Belle Medical procedures help people look and feel their best. When Derrick isn’t working, he enjoys scuba diving, cruises, and spending time with his wife of 15 years and their two children.

Miranda Ogden, APRN, FNP-C
Miranda has worked in the medical field for nearly 20 years. She started as a Registered Nurse and has experience in many fields. She became a Nurse Practitioner after graduating in 2017 from Kaplan University. She has experience in Medical/Surgical, Emergency Medicine, Labor and Delivery, Nursery, NICU, Long Term Care, Psychiatric, Director of Nursing, Family Practice, Sleep Medicine, Neurology, and Aesthetics. Miranda has worked with Belle Medical since their opening in Idaho Falls. She has treated hundreds of patients. She loves seeing her patients’ confidence increase after procedures. She also loves seeing them use the procedure to progress in their health journey. When Miranda is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. They enjoy camping, fishing, hiking, hunting, traveling and watching the kids participate in gymnastics and sports.

James Sharp FNP-BC
James has been working in the medical field for over 10 years, and is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. James received his undergraduate degrees from Provo College, and Utah Valley University, and completed his graduate work from Gonzaga University. James received his Master degree as a family nurse practitioner, then subsequently completed his doctorate degree as well. James has extensive experience in emergency medicine, pediatric medicine, and surgical procedures. James is a father of four kids ranging from toddlers to teens and lives with his family in a hundred-year-old house he and his wife are renovating. When he isn’t at work, he says he’s happiest with his family-going to movies, doing yard work, hiking, or helping coach his boys wrestling teams. He also admits to a particular enjoyment for gardening. James and his oldest son have also started restoring a 1970 International Scout, and they love spending time together looking for old car parts, and learning about classic car restoration together. One of James’s greatest joys in medicine is seeing patients get better and feel better. He sees providing treatment to patients at Belle Medical as one of the greatest ways to give people back the bodies and confidence to live happier, healthier, more fulfilled lives. “That is absolutely the most rewarding part of the whole process; seeing the patients return after their appointment and have a new zest for life, and a new-found confidence because of the procedures we perform at Belle Medical. I just love seeing the difference it makes for the patient.”

Karen Anderson, DNP, APRN, FNP-C
Karen graduated summa cum laude from the nationally renowned George Washington University in Washington, D.C., as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is board-certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing.

Karen has worked with Belle for over 6 years, since 2018. She has performed over 1000 succesful procedures and provided so many patients with life-changing results. Karen is all about the outcome. She wants to make sure she has the best results possible. She has a keen eye for sculpting and aesthetics and strives for the ideal outcome with every patient that she works with. Before practicing at Belle Medical, she worked in family practice, neurology, and functional medicine. In her free time, she enjoys being a wife, being a mom to her four children, and practicing taekwondo as a third-degree black belt.

Shanna Foote, AANP 
Shanna is a board-certified nurse practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She has been working in the medical field for over 10 years- first as a nurse and then as a nurse practitioner. She has had various areas of practice including pediatrics (she began her nursing career at Primary Children’s Hospital) and emergency medicine. Her desire to help people on their weight loss journey led her to Belle. She is passionate about working to find a solution for her patients and loves to see them reach their goals. When she is not at work she is chasing three vivacious little rugrats around the park or splash pad, and going on family campouts.
